This summer you can benefit from attractive bonuses when you start working through Upforce. Are you starting between 1 July and 31 August 2026? Then you could be eligible for a retention bonus of up to €300 gross and a travel and arrival allowance of €150 gross.

Start your between 1 July and 31 August 2026 via Upforce? Then you can earn up to €300 gross extra in addition to your salary.
How does it work?
When you minimum 8 weeks via Upforce works and meets the conditions, you will receive an initial bonus of €120 gross.
Will you be continuing to work? Then you will receive after 12 weeks of employment via Upforce a second bonus of £180 gross.
This way you can in total Bonus of €300 gross earn.

Moving to another country to work is a big step. That's why we support new employees who are coming to the Netherlands for a job with a Travel & Arrival allowance of £150 gross.

You will receive a travel & arrival allowance of €150 gross.
This allowance you receive on top of your retention bonus

Referral Bonus
Are you already working via Upforce?
Bribe a friend and get €150 gross with a successful referral
Perhaps you know someone who is looking for the same opportunities you have found. By getting someone excited about a job through Upforce, you help them on their way to a new challenge in the Netherlands.
When your friend, family member, or acquaintance starts working via Upforce and indicates during the recruitment process that you referred them, you may be eligible for a referral bonus of £150 gross per successful referral.
How does it work?
1. Tell friends, family or acquaintances about Upforce
2. The candidate indicates during the recruitment process that you referred them.
3. The candidate starts working via Upforce and meets the conditions for the summer bonus programme.
4. You receive £150 gross per successful referral

For every successful referral that meets the conditions, you will receive a gross bonus of €150.
Terms and conditions of Summer Bonus Programme 2026
The Upforce Summer Bonus Programme 2026 is subject to terms and conditions. Bonuses will only be paid out after all conditions have been met and have been verified and approved by Upforce. Bonus amounts will be paid out via payroll processing and are subject to statutory deductions.
