Terms and Conditions Summer Bonus Programme 2026

General

The Upforce Summer Bonus Programme 2026 is a temporary promotion rewarding new and existing flexible workers during the summer period.

The programme includes the following bonuses:

  • Referral Bonus
  • Retention Bonus
  • Travel and Arrival Bonus

Participation in the programme is subject to these terms and conditions.

All bonuses will be paid gross through payroll and are subject to applicable taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions.

The right to a bonus only arises once all conditions have been met, the data has been verified by Upforce, and the bonus has been formally approved. No bonuses are paid in advance.

Upforce reserves the right to review, approve, reject, amend or discontinue the programme, in whole or in part.


Application bonus

Bonus amount

€150 gross per successfully recruited candidate.

Terms and Conditions

An active Upforce flex worker is eligible for the referral bonus when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The candidate submitted is not yet known to Upforce, an affiliated company of Upforce or a recruitment partner working on behalf of Upforce.
  2. The candidate states during the application or recruitment process who referred them.
  3. The candidate will start via Upforce between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026.
  4. The candidate remains employed by Upforce for a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks.
  5. The candidate has completed at least 280 working hours during this period.
  6. The candidate did not leave employment or cease working due to fraud, refusal to work, sickness, safety incidents, or breaches of accommodation or transport rules.
  7. The referring flexible worker is still working via Upforce at the time of payment or has duly completed their assignment.
  8. A maximum of one referral bonus will be paid for each successfully placed candidate.
  9. Upforce may reject a bonus application in cases of fraud, duplicate registrations, abuse of the programme, or other exceptional circumstances.

Payout

The referral bonus will be paid out via the next available payroll round after all conditions have been met and the bonus has been approved.


Retention bonus

Maximum bonus amount

Up to €300 gross per flexworker.

The retention bonus consists of two separate payments.

First payout

€120 gross

The first payment will be made when:

  1. The flexible worker has been employed through Upforce for at least 8 consecutive weeks.
  2. A minimum of 280 working hours have been completed.
  3. The flexible worker is still actively working via Upforce at the time of payment.
  4. There have been no serious disciplinary offences, refusal to work, illness, unauthorised absence, or breaches of housing or transport regulations.

Second payout

£180 gross

The second payment will be made when:

  1. The flexible worker has been employed via Upforce for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
  2. A minimum of 420 working hours have been achieved.
  3. The flexible worker is still actively working via Upforce at the time of payment.
  4. There have been no serious disciplinary offences, refusal to work, illness, unauthorised absence, or breaches of housing or transport regulations.

Exclusions

The retention bonus will not be awarded when the employment relationship ends due to:

  • Fraud
  • Theft
  • Grossly culpable conduct
  • Safety violations
  • Refusal to work
  • Unauthorised absence
  • Serious breaches of housing rules
  • Serious breaches of transport regulations

Additional provisions

The retention bonus is a temporary promotional offer and does not entitle you to future bonus schemes or similar remuneration.

Upforce reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the programme if business circumstances, customer demand, legislation or operational conditions necessitate it.


3. Travel and arrival allowance

Bonus amount

€150 gross per new flexible worker.

Terms and Conditions

A new flexworker is eligible for the Travel & Arrival allowance when all the conditions below are met:

  1. The flexible worker was recruited by Upforce and is travelling to the Netherlands to start working via Upforce.
  2. The start date is between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026.
  3. The flexible worker has worked for at least 8 consecutive weeks via Upforce.
  4. The candidate has completed at least 280 working hours during this period.
  5. The flexible worker complies with all contractual obligations and the applicable work, accommodation, and transport rules during this period.
  6. Upon request by Upforce, valid travel documents and proof of travel can be provided.
  7. The bonus will not be paid in advance.
  8. The bonus will be paid out exclusively via payroll processing.
  9. The entitlement to the bonus shall be forfeited in the event of a no-show, early departure, refusal to work, illness, fraud, or the provision of incorrect information.

Control

Upforce reserves the right to request additional supporting documents and to reject bonus claims when they cannot be adequately substantiated or do not align with the programme's objectives.


4. Control, approval and payment

For all bonuses within the Upforce Summer Bonus programme:

  • The right to a bonus only arises once all conditions have been met.
  • All data is checked by Upforce.
  • Bonuses are paid out exclusively after formal approval.
  • No advances or payments in advance will be provided.
  • If it subsequently transpires that a bonus has been awarded or paid out incorrectly, Upforce reserves the right to reclaim it to the extent permitted by law.

5. General provisions

  1. Participation in the Upforce Summer Bonus programme is voluntary.
  2. Bonuses are personal and non-transferable.
  3. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for other fees or benefits.
  4. Any form of fraud, deception, or abuse may lead to immediate exclusion from the programme.
  5. Upforce reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the programme, in whole or in part.
  6. In situations not covered by these terms and conditions, Upforce shall decide.

These terms and conditions apply to all flexible workers starting through Upforce between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026.
