Do you like to be active and enjoy varied work? For an international distribution centre in Oosterhout, we are looking for enthusiastic order pickers. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that thousands of health, personal care, and household products reach the shops on time.

What will you do?

As an order picker, you are responsible for collecting and preparing orders for dispatch. Your duties include:

  • Gathering orders using a voice-picking system (available in Dutch, English and Polish)
  • Working with a pallet truck or electric pallet truck (you will receive on-site training for this)
  • Stacking and organising products on pallets for shipping
  • Keeping your workspace and materials clean and tidy

What do we ask of you?

  • You are physically fit and can do a lot of walking, bending, and lifting during your work.
  • You are good at calculations and work accurately
  • You speak Dutch or English
  • You are willing to work shifts and, if necessary, on Saturdays.
  • You have a positive work attitude and are open to learning new things

What do we offer you?

  • A gross hourly wage of €14.71 (youth wage applies)
  • A working week of 28 to 35 hours on average
  • Possibility to work extra hours during busy periods
  • Working a two-shift system: Morning (06:00 to 14:00) and Afternoon (14:00 to 22:00)
  • Shift allowance of 25% between 8.00 pm and 10.00 pm
  • 30% surcharge on Saturdays
  • Travel expenses allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for journeys between 10 km and a maximum of 70 km
  • A long-term job
  • Chance of a direct contract with the client

Where will you be working?

You will be working for an international retail organisation that is the market leader in health and personal care products. Hundreds of shops are supplied daily from the modern distribution centre in Oosterhout. You’ll be working in a dynamic and international environment where teamwork is key. Together with around 80 colleagues, you’ll ensure that all orders are processed correctly and on time.
