Are you a practically minded and responsible controller who enjoys ensuring everything runs smoothly? Then we are looking for you!

As Housing Manager at Upforce, you are the primary point of contact for our migrant workers and are responsible for maintaining neat, safe, and comfortable residential locations. You will supervise, resolve issues, and ensure our housing meets SNF standards and municipal requirements.

What will you do?

  • Daily managing and inspecting multiple housing locations for cleanliness, safety, and order.
  • Reporting and logging (technical) defects, damage or malfunctions; coordinating minor repairs.
  • Overseeing compliance with house rules and maintaining peace and order.
  • Checking in and out flex staff, explaining facilities and rules on arrival and departure.
  • Maintaining contact with cleaning services, maintenance parties and colleagues within the organisation.
  • Resident administration registration, key management, and reporting of particulars.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents with practical questions or problems.
  • Contributing to good atmosphere and timely reporting of occupancy, complaints, and incidents to the Head of Housing.

Who are you?

  • You have an MBO work and thinking level with experience in a similar role (e.g., facilities management, administration, and/or hospitality).
  • You have a good command of the Polish language, and English or Dutch is required.
  • You are available on a full-time basis and are willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • You hold a B driving licence and are prepared to travel regularly between locations.
  • You have strong communication skills and can deal with people of different nationalities.
  • You are solutions-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You are reliable, responsible, stress-resistant, and independent.
  • You have a social personality, are approachable, proactive and service-oriented.
  • You have a keen eye for safety and liveability.
