Introduction

Upforce B.V. attaches great importance to careful and safe handling of privacy-sensitive information of its website visitors, candidates, employees and self-employed persons. Upforce B.V. has therefore created this privacy statement. Upforce B.V. processes and safeguards the personal information entrusted to it with the utmost care. Upforce B.V. finds placements for flexi employees on the basis of temporary employment, secondment or recruitment and selection.

Upforce B.V. is the data controller in the meaning of the GDPR and therefore has control over the processing of the personal data and determines the purpose and means for the processing.

Upforce B.V. sometimes engages other companies to perform services on its behalf. Upforce B.V. remains responsible for the processing of your personal data in these situations. Why do we collect your personal data

Your personal data is used to optimally provide the HR services to you, including temporary employment, secondment, recruitment & selection.

Upforce B.V. uses your data for the following purposes:

  • Matching supply and demand on the labour market.
  • Register hours worked and process them in our payroll system.
  • Assessment of your suitability and availability in connection with placement for permanent or temporary work or an assignment, whereby test results can also be used.
  • Approaching you for the purposes of commercial offers, newsletters and promotional campaigns that may be of interest to you, but only if you have registered for this.
  • For entering into and maintain an employee or personnel/intermediary relationship with you and to carry out the relevant administration for this.
  • In fulfilment of our reintegration obligations and to comply with (the objective imposed by the authorities) to help persons with less direct contact to the labour market find work.
  • In order to register an agreement with the client and to maintain and comply with said agreement with the client.
  • In order to process data for the benefit of our clients in the context of a pre-employment screening.
  • For the purposes of confirming compliance with legislation and regulations, with regard to being allowed to work in the Netherlands and applying for a Certificate of Good Conduct (“VOG”).
  • In order to promote your personal development and employability, including training, education and testing.
  • For quality purposes such as certification.
  • Applications for subsidies, premium discounts, etc.
  • If we have entered into an employee or personnel/intermediary relationship with you, for compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to identification, employment legislation, tax and social security legislation, combating fraud and national and international sanctions legislation.

What personal data do we collect from you?

Upforce B.V. can, if you are a job seeker, candidate, seconded, (temporary) employee and/or a business partner of Upforce B.V., process the personal data below. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide is correct and up to date.

  • Job seeker or candidate
  • Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number
  • Birth details, age, gender
  • Curriculum vitae (CV), details of education, internships and work experience
  • Information about training and education and/or tests that you have followed or done yourself or through us
  • Availability data
  • Other information that is (or may be) important in the context of assessing the suitability of the candidate, for example references and testimonials and information regarding work experience
  • On a voluntary basis other content with which you introduce yourself (video, photo)
  • Other than the data mentioned above, the processing of which is required pursuant to or necessary for the purposes of the application of the law.
  • Seconded, (temporary) employee

If you work for Upforce B.V. whether its clients can start working/works/has worked, Upforce B.V. process the following data:

  • Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number, bank and/or giro account number
  • Birth details, age, gender
  • Curriculum vitae (CV), details of education, internships and work experience
  • Information about training and education and/or tests that you have followed or done yourself or through us
  • Information about availability and leave
  • Nationality, citizen service number (“BSN”) & proof of identity (copy of proof of identity), any work permit
  • Data in the context of a pre-employment screening
  • Data concerning the nature and content of previous job placements, as well as their termination
  • Other data related to the personnel, salary and absence registration
  • Other than the data mentioned above, the processing of which is required pursuant to or necessary for the purposes of the application of the law
  • Information regarding health insurance.

  • The exchange of personal data to third parties will only take place if it is strictly necessary for the execution of the agreement and if it is required by law.

Upforce B.V. does not exchange data to countries outside the EEA.

Your rights

View and/or change data
