Job description

As a Process Operator, you and a colleague are responsible for one of the production lines on which the products are mixed and packaged. You are skilled in working with machines and you are always looking for ways to further improve the process. You solve minor problems independently. You are also responsible for correctly filling and starting the product mixer.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Dosing raw materials (packages up to 25 kg) according to a prescribed recipe;
• Monitoring the production process and taking appropriate action if necessary;
• Correctly completing production forms;
• Filling and finishing end products in the correct packaging;
• Perform simple maintenance tasks;
• Intervene in case of machine malfunctions;
• Keeping equipment, workstations and production areas clean;
• Working according to strict quality requirements.

Job requirements – Who are you?

The person we are looking for is enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible. In addition:

• Do you have an eye for quality and safety;
• Do you have a strong command of the Dutch language (B1, written and oral);
• Able to work both independently and in a team;
• Preferably have some experience working with machines.

Employment conditions – What do we offer you?

• Work in two shifts (6:00 AM-3:00 PM / 2:45 PM-11:45 PM);
• Gross hourly wage from €14.50;
• Surcharge 15% after 8.5 hours of work;
• Shift allowance of 12.5%.
