Making a nice piece of bread. As a production operator you ensure this. You understand better than anyone how the right combination of flour, water and yeast makes the perfect dough. In the automated bakery process you ensure that all machines continue to run optimally. The process from the proofer to the oven is yours.

You are standing in the heart of the bakery. This is where it happens. You make the product that people bake in the oven at home and you are the one who turns the people at home into bakers. There is a permanent operator on each production line. All production specialists are managed by a cooperative team leader. We do a lot for each other and there is a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in the workplace.

There are several work locations; Tilburg, Waalwijk, Rijen, Eindhoven, Waspik, Made and Echt.

• You manually place the bread products in the appropriate packaging.
• You do this on an automated packaging line and at a high work pace.
• You monitor the quality of the bread products during packaging.
• Depending on your employability & development, you can also provide support in carrying out checks.
• Working according to the set standards when it comes to quality, (food) safety and hygiene.

• You are available full-time;
• You have a good command of the English language;
• You are flexible in terms of working hours;

• You have a proactive working attitude and like to take initiative and have an eye for hygiene.

• Full-time job between 32 and 45 hours per week;
• Working hours in 3 shifts;
• Gross hourly wage of €13.68;
• Surcharges 34%, 37% or 100%
• Saturday 50% surcharge and Sunday 100% surcharge;
• Travel allowance;
• A nice or tasty present around (personal) holidays
• Chance of a long-term contract directly with the client if performance is good.
