Doortje Sol, 47 years old, born and raised in Amsterdam and currently living with my partner Joop in Beegden, Limburg. Furthermore, I am lucky to have two beautiful children, a daughter (12 years old) and a foster son (22 years old) and our dog Skye is also part of our beautiful family.
360 degree role
After working in the tourism industry for 25 years in multiple management positions, I decided in 2020, during the corona period, to change course and look for new job satisfaction! After completing an HBO Human Resource Management course, I started in the temporary employment sector in 2021 as a People and Work Consultant, a great 360 degree role where I was able to learn the proverbial “tricks of the employment agency trade”! In the meantime, 3 wise years have passed and in January 2024 I was given the opportunity to start as an Account Manager at Upforce in Eindhoven, a great step within a great field! Over the past few months, I have been able to carry out this dynamic and challenging role with great pleasure.

As of August 1, 2024, I have accepted the position of Operational Manager within Upforce Eindhoven and, together with the entire Eindhoven team, I can continue to take care of our valued customers and give them the attention they deserve.

Absolutely I still have ambitions! I strongly believe in personal growth and development, after all, standing still means going backwards! This year I was able to obtain my SEU diploma temporary employment professional and what the future brings… time will tell!
