Arrival

As soon as you arrive in the Netherlands, we will warmly welcome you to our head office in Venlo. Here is a reception area where you can leave your belongings and get some coffee and tea. You will then receive an explanation of what you can expect when you come to work for Upforce in the Netherlands. You will receive an explanation about the documentation, regulations, housing, transport and you will also hear who your coordinator will be. The coordinator will be the permanent point of contact for you if you have any questions.

Housing

A roof over your head is of course one of the most important things when you come to work in the Netherlands. If desired, Upforce can arrange housing for you. We ensure that the home is always close to the work location so that you can get to work quickly. We also ensure that the housing is close to cities or villages, so that all facilities are within easy reach. All our homes are already furnished so you can move in immediately.

Transport

Transport to and from work is also important. The housing is often not within walking distance of work, so something must be arranged for this too. Upforce has its own fleet of bicycles, cars and even a bus that are deployed depending on the distance from work. As a result, we also try to relieve you of all your worries and ensure that you are always at work on time.
