For a modern manufacturing company in Meijel, we are looking for a Foreman Loves variety, keeps an overview, and gains energy from managing processes on the shop floor. You are also welcome without experience, as long as you are willing to learn and dare to take responsibility.
As a Foreman, you will start by participating in the production process, so you get to know all the tasks well. After a familiarisation period, you will take on more and more responsibilities such as quality checks, registrations and operational oversight. Your job package is versatile and includes, among other things:
You work Monday to Friday on the day shift from 08:00 to 17:00. During busy periods, we may temporarily operate a two-shift system. Please note that cleaning is an important part of your day – the whole day on Friday is dedicated to this.
You will be working for a growing manufacturing company that values quality and cleanliness highly. Work is carried out in a clean environment, with attention to product safety and hygiene. Everyone contributes to a good final product and a tidy workplace. You will wear your own clothing, supplemented by safety shoes (S3) and a work coat that is washed daily on-site.
