Do you want to make a difference every day for our international employees? As a driver at Upforce, you will ensure that our employees arrive at their destination safely, on time and with a warm welcome.

What will you do?

As a driver, you are responsible for safe transportation as well as a great start to the day. Your duties include:

  • Making employees feel cordial and welcome
  • Transporting and picking up employees to and from work
  • Travel with you to medical appointments when necessary
  • Assist with moves to a new residential location
  • Signal absences and communicate this to our coordinators
  • Ensuring that the vehicle is always ready: clean, maintained and with sufficient fuel
  • Smart, efficient route planning with consideration of traffic and weather
  • Keeping the interior and exterior of the car tidy

You are an important link in our organization. Thanks to you, employees can travel pleasantly, safely and worry-free.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and feels responsibility for their work.

  • Experience as a driver is nice to have
  • Knowledge of English and Polish (other languages are a plus)
  • Driving license B
  • A presentable, friendly appearance
  • Available full time
  • Committed and reliable
  • Flexible. it is not a 9-to-5 job, you will work varying hours
  • You feel responsible: after all, you transport people
