Are you a practical, hands-on organizer with a strong sense of responsibility who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Then we’re looking for you!

As a Housing Officer at Upforce, you are the main point of contact for our international employees and ensure that our housing locations are clean, safe, and comfortable. You oversee the sites, solve problems, and make sure all accommodations meet SNF standards and local municipal requirements.

What will you do?

· Manage and inspect multiple housing locations daily for cleanliness, safety, and order.

Identify and report (technical) defects, damage, or malfunctions; coordinate minor repairs.
Monitor compliance with house rules and maintain peace and order.
Check temporary workers in and out, and explain facilities and rules upon arrival and departure.
Maintain contact with cleaning services, maintenance contractors, and internal colleagues.
Handle resident administration, key management, and report any incidents.
Act as the point of contact for residents regarding practical questions or issues.
Contribute to a positive living environment and promptly report occupancy levels, complaints, and incidents to the Head of Housing.

Who are you?

You have an MBO level of education (vocational training) and experience in a similar role (e.g., facility management, property management, or hospitality).
You have a good command of Polish and English or Dutch (required).
You are available full-time and willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
You hold a Category B driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly between locations.
You have strong communication skills and can interact well with people of different nationalities.
You are solution-oriented, proactive, and have a hands-on mentality.

You are reliable, responsible, stress-resistant, and able to work independently.
You are approachable, social, and service-minded.
You have a keen eye for safety and livability
