Planner

Are you a real organizer with an eye for detail? Do you know how to get the right people in the right place? And are you the one who makes everything run smoothly between customer, transport and accommodation? Then we are looking for you!

As a Planner, you make sure our employees know exactly where they need to be every day. You are the liaison between our clients, interceders and colleagues from transport and accommodation. No two days are the same: ad hoc changes, rush requests and puzzling over schedules. You don’t shy away from it.

What will you do?

  • Establish, maintain and optimize daily staff schedules.
  • Assign employees to customers based on availability, skills and location.
  • Ensuring that each client has the agreed-upon staffing in a timely manner.
  • Process last-minute changes (illness, no-show, emergency requests).
  • Coordinate with interceders, clients, transportation and housing.
  • Control working hours and compliance with the Working and Rest Hours Act.
  • Monitor hours, deployment limits and housing capacity.
  • Capture the schedule in the system (e.g. Plan4Flex, EasyFlex, AFAS or HelloFlex).

You ensure that:

  • Customers can count on full and reliable staffing.
  • Employees know where they stand.
  • Transportation and housing are used efficiently.
  • Hours are recorded correctly and passed on to payroll.
  • Any bottlenecks are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

Who are you?

  • You have MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of planning, logistics or administration.
  • You have planning experience within the staffing, logistics or manufacturing industry.
  • You have a good command of Polish and English or Dutch (required).
  • You work accurately, can switch gears quickly and keep a cool head when changes occur.
  • You are communicatively strong and can work well with colleagues from different departments.
  • You are willing to be available occasionally in the evening or on weekends.
