Inside Sales Support

Indeed, at Upforce we are looking for a driven Inside Sales Support employee who will join us in focusing on the growth and success of the company.

What will you do?

As Inside Sales Support, you play an important role in keeping our sales activities running smoothly. You are the link between sales, recruitment, account management and our customers. A versatile position where no day is the same.

Specifically, your work will look like this:

  • Pick up customer inquiries when the account manager is temporarily unavailable.
  • Put vacancies online and keep them up-to-date.
  • Handle administration, from reports to VOG applications.
  • Helping new employees with their onboarding.
  • Assist in scheduling for Albert Heijn, among others.
  • Identify and solve problems – whether housing or other practical issues.
  • Provide good aftercare to both client and employee.
  • Maintain portals and systems (such as Hubspot).
  • And much more…

What are you taking with you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with the following qualities:

  • An MBO 4 degree, preferably in the direction of commercial economics, business administration or sales.
  • You speak Dutch and English. Polish is a nice plus.
  • Experience in the staffing industry? Top!!! But not a must.
  • You are accurate, customer-oriented and love to work.
  • SEU diploma in your pocket or willing to obtain it? Nice touch.
