What will you do?

As an in-house intermediary, you are the first point of contact on the shop floor – for both client and flex worker. You switch smoothly between interests, keep an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly. No two days are the same. You:

  • Supervises, motivates and supports flex workers on site
  • Conducts evaluation and performance reviews and answers HR-related questions
  • Manages and deepens relationships with our clients
  • Coordinates scheduling and deployment of personnel
  • Handles sick calls and arranges follow-up.
  • Organizes tours and information sessions for new employees
  • Identifies opportunities, bottlenecks and improvement possibilities in the process

Who are you?

An energetic and social worker who really sees people. You are independent, solution-oriented and a strong communicator. You switch effortlessly between levels and know how to win the trust of clients and flex workers.

This is what we ask of you:

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
  • Experience in the staffing industry, HR or customer-facing position
  • You hold or are willing to obtain a SEU degree in temporary employment professional
  • Driver’s license B and willingness to work on site
  • Affinity for planning, coaching and operational HR work
  • You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
