Indeed, at Upforce we are looking for a driven account manager who will join us in focusing on the growth and success of the company.

What will you do?

As an account manager you are the essential link between (potential) clients and Upforce. You ensure that they are optimally supported in everything related to our flexible labor solutions.

In addition to managing relationships with existing clients, you will expand our network and take advantage of opportunities to grow the business.

Specifically, your work will look like this:

  • You maintain warm contact with existing clients and think strategically about how they can best meet their staffing needs;
  • You will follow up on leads and actively contribute to the growth and success of the company;
  • You negotiate rates with clients and monitor agreed KPI and contract agreements;
  • You will work closely with the recruitment team and planning to achieve full fulfillment of vacancies with your clients.
  • You will handle administrative tasks including processing emails, quotes, orders and contracts;

What are you taking with you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with the following qualities:

  • You have at least HBO working and thinking level;
  • You are motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic;
  • You have commercial acumen and are good at maintaining contacts;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written;
  • Experience within the staffing industry is a plus, but even without experience you can be successful with the right motivation;
  • In possession of a SEU diploma, or willing to obtain one;
  • In possession of your driver’s license B
