Location manager

As a Location Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our flex workers living at the location. You are responsible for the daily operations on-site, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to you, our residents feel at home.

What will you do?

  • Perform daily inspections of the location to ensure cleanliness, safety, and order.
  • Identify and report (technical) defects, damage, or malfunctions; coordinate minor repairs.
  • Monitor compliance with house rules and maintain peace and order.
  • Check temporary workers in and out, providing explanations about facilities and rules.
  • Maintain contact with cleaning services, maintenance contractors, and internal colleagues.
  • Handle resident administration, key management, and report any incidents.
  • Act as the point of contact for residents regarding practical questions or issues.
  • contribute to a positive atmosphere and timely identify conflicts or disturbances.

This is what we ask of you:

  • MBO working and thinking level.
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus (e.g. facilities, management or hospitality).
  • Good command of the English language; basic knowledge of Polish and/or Dutch is a plus.
  • You are communicative, solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • In possession of a driver’s license B and willing to live on site.
  • You are available for 40 hours per week.
