This is what your work will look like

As account manager you are the link between (potential) clients and Upforce and ensure that they are optimally served in terms of our flexible employment services. Besides managing and expanding the relationship with existing clients, in this role you are also responsible for the optimal exploitation of (new) business opportunities.

What exactly does this look like?

Maintaining warm contact with existing clients;
Following up on warm leads and approaching new, potential clients through acquisition;
You will handle administrative tasks including processing emails, quotes, orders and contracts;
You conduct (annual) negotiations with clients regarding rates and you monitor agreed KPI and contract agreements;
You will work closely with the recruitment team and planning to achieve full fulfillment of vacancies with your clients.

We ask this of you

For the account manager position, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:

You have at least HBO working and thinking level;
You are motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic;
You have commercial acumen and are good at maintaining contacts;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written;
Experience within the staffing industry is a plus;
In possession of a SEU diploma, or willing to obtain one;
In possession of your driver’s license B
