You will work as an all-round production employee in peppers, tomatoes or cucumbers. You are involved in all common activities, but your focus is on sorting the vegetables. Of course, this includes harvesting occasionally and you also help with loading and unloading the trucks. You really do it together and with each other! It is a plus that you have experience in horticulture, but it is not a requirement. Sorting the peppers is a repetitive action, so it is important that you are physically fit.
