Matching supply and demand in the labour market.
To record and process worked hours in our payroll system.
To be able to assess your suitability and availability for mediation into permanent or temporary work or an assignment, for which test results may also be used.

On a voluntary basis, other content with which you introduce yourself (video, photo)
Other than the data mentioned above, the processing of which is required by or is necessary for the application of the law.
Seconded, (temporary) employee

If you can work/are working/have worked for Upforce B.V. or its clients, Upforce B.V. may process the following data:

NAW details, e-mail address, telephone number, bank and/or giro account number
Date of birth, age, gender
Curriculum vitae (CV), information about education, internships and work experience
Details of training courses and education and/or tests that you have completed yourself or through us
Availability and leave information
Nationality, BSN & identification (copy of identification), any work permit
Data within the framework of a pre-employment screening
Details concerning the nature and content of previous employment placements, as well as their termination
Other data related to personnel, salary, and absence registration
Other than the data mentioned above, the processing of which is required by or necessary for the purposes of the application of the law
