  • Curriculum vitae (CV), information about education, internships and work experience
  • Details of training courses and education and/or tests that you have completed yourself or through us

  • Other data that are (or may be) relevant in the context of assessing the candidate's suitability, for example references and certificates and data concerning work experience
  • On a voluntary basis, other content with which you introduce yourself (video, photo)

If you can work/are working/have worked for Upforce B.V. or its clients, Upforce B.V. may process the following data:

  • NAW details, e-mail address, telephone number, bank and/or giro account number
  • Date of birth, age, gender
  • Curriculum vitae (CV), information about education, internships and work experience
  • Details of training courses and education and/or tests that you have completed yourself or through us

  • Nationality, BSN & identification (copy of identification), any work permit
