Within the casting department, tasks related to product inspection, trimming, and tumbling of the cast components take place. The Casting Operator is required to comply with regulations related to environmental protection, working conditions, and safety during these tasks. Additionally, the Casting Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality and integrity according to established work instructions and inspection guidelines. The execution of these tasks is guided by the directions of the team leader. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in and around the workspace, including the removal of stamping and cutting residues, reporting leaks, and disposing of rejected products.
- Relevant experience as an operator in the casting department.
- LBO+ level of education and thinking.
- Technical proficiency.
- Familiarity with the quality system, inspection regulations, and work instructions.
- Proactive attitude.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch, English, or German.
- Full-time job of 40 hours per week.
- Starting salary of at least €14.17 per hour + 17.50% allowance on each hour.
- Working in 3 shifts (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
