You will be working at the brand new company Solarge in Weert. Solarge is a company that produces solar panels. At this moment the production halls are fully equipped with a brand new production line. You will be working in this production line from the very beginning.
Because Solarge is a startup, especially in the beginning, no two days will be the same. Together with the whole team you will make sure that the production starts well and that you will have a fully functioning production line in no time. If you have no experience in this sector, no problem. Solarge is a company that would love to work with you! In the coming period you will shape the processes together with your whole team, so here you also have a voice!
You will start working day shift, but the expectation is that in the 4th quarter of 2023 you will work in a 2-shift system and then grow to 3 shifts. When everything is ready and all the production is in place you will eventually be working in a 5 shift system. We also ask you to apply if you are looking for a day shift job.
Activities you will be involved in are:
- Assembly work
- Inspection work
- Small maintenance
- Troubleshooter
The person we are looking for is enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible. In addition:
- You are available full time
- Your work starts in the day shift, but you are willing to work shifts in the future
- Are you collegial, because you will work closely together in a team?
- Do you speak Dutch and/or English (C1)
Besides a varied job, where there is room for development and a collegial team:
- Salary of €14,47 gross per hour (excluding irregularity allowance)
- Reimbursement of travel expenses from 10 kilometers
